Meet Coach Mike Foy
Mike Foy is a PGA Professional/Owner of Mike’s Golf Center. Born and raised in Elkhart, Indiana, Mike was a standout scholar-athlete throughout his childhood. He went on to attend Methodist University in North Carolina, Playing for the team while earning a degree from MU’s prestigious PGM Golf Management Program. This helped set the stage for his future in the golf industry.
In 2021 at the age of 23, Mike’s passion for golf and Entrepreneurship led him to opening Mike’s Golf Center. Since then, he has spent an impressive 5,000+ hours analyzing his students, and leading them to their goals.
Mike regularly seeks out certifications, seminars, and mentoring from the nations best golf minds. His commitment to excellence has led to growth of instructional programs that cater to over 200 students weekly. Come reach your full potential with Mike.

Meet Coach Mitch Young
Coach Mitch is a Teaching Professional with over 8 years of experience. While earning his Golf and Sport Management Degree, Mitch had a successful playing career at both Millikin University in Decatur, IL and Keiser University in West Palm Beach, FL.
Mitch comes from the south side of Chicago working as the Golf Professional at Idlewild CC in Flossmoor, IL for 6 years before taking over as the General Manager and teaching professional for X Golf in Orland Park, IL
Having had a successful collegiate golf career, Mitch’s passion is teaching intermediate/elite Juniors that are looking to take their game to the next level.

Meet Coach Stephanie Drake
Stephanie is a former Division 2 collegiate golfer from Chesterton, Indiana. She is a Passionate about coaching golf and is on track to become a PGA Professional.
Stephanie is unique in that she is certified in adaptive PGA H.O.P.E, which introduces the game of golf to veterans and active duty military to help enhance their physical, mental, social and emotional states. This showcases her ability to connect with students from various backgrounds and physical capabilities.
Stephanie’s goal is to grow the game for women, juniors and beginners by helping them feel comfortable and confident on the course.

Meet Coach John Kelker
Coach John is a US Kids Certified coach and a great mentor for our Little Linksters students and beginner golfers!
Coming from a background in hospitality management, John has a strong sense of interpersonal and Leadership skills.
He’s passionate about spreading the joy that golf brings his students as they improve their knowledge of the game. His high energy coaching style is fantastic for keeping our his students engaged.
Coach John also works with COMPLETE BEGINNERS while focusing on helping them build a solid foundation for success through various private lesson packages and group programs.

Meet Coach Brandon Hammond
Coach Brandon is a Teaching Professional originally from England, with a lifelong passion for the game. He grew up playing competitive junior golf at the same clubs as notable players like Justin Rose and Paul Casey. In 2018, Brandon moved to the U.S. to play collegiate golf at Milligan University in Tennessee, where he had a successful career while earning both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business.
After graduating, Brandon began his professional journey as an Assistant Golf Professional at Johnson City Country Club and as an Assistant College Golf Coach. In 2024, he relocated to Chicago to work at the prestigious Medinah Country Club, where he gained valuable experience alongside some of the top coaches in the state.
Brandon enjoys working with players of all levels and has a particular passion for developing junior golfers through a structured, fundamentals-based approach.
