What is Mike’s Golf Center?
Mike’s Golf Center is a Chicago based golf practice facility. It’s located in St. Charles, IL (Kane County) and was founded in 2021 by Mike Foy, PGA. It features 9 golf simulator bays and a 1,000 square foot putting green for putting and chipping practice.
Coach Mike is a PGA Instructor who played collegiate golf and got his PGA Instruction Certification at Methodist University in North Carolina. He quickly built one of the top kids golf programs in the Chicago area and expanded by opening his own facility where members could practice golf year round, 24/7.

About Our Golf Simulators
At Mike’s Golf Center, we make it easy for you to rent a simulator bay for a 1 hour or 2 hour session. You can use our scheduling system to reserve the time slot that works best for your schedule. See the schedule tool here.
24/7 Access to Practice Facility
The facility is open 24/7 to members so if you want to get some swings in at 5am before you start your work day or 9pm at night, you can! The short game area is open to drop by anytime, but if you plan to use a golf simulator bay then you will need to make a reservation for it through our simulator booking page.
Over 150,000 Golf Courses
Each golf simulator features software that enables you to choose from over 150,000 different golf courses around the world.
We’ve created a helpful binder that you’ll find sitting at your simulator bay which includes lists of the top golf courses in the world as well as local Illinois golf courses that can be played on the golf simulator.
Golf Simulator Driving Range
The golf simulators at Mike’s Golf Center give you access to a driving range where you can warm up, hitting your driver and any other golf clubs in your bag.
You can access many different real time stats about each swing such as swing speed, ball speed, distance, launch angle, spin rate, and much more.
Using the driving range will help you dial in your club distances, learn swing tendencies, and give you a place to work on your swing before you play your next round of golf with friends.
1-on-1 Private Golf Instruction
In addition to using the golf facility for practice time, you can also book 1-on-1 golf lessons with Coach Mike.
Private golf instruction is a great way to make adjustments to your golf swing that will help you improve as a player and see better results on the golf course.
